 Mr.
Capen is our Director of Franchising and has been so since March
2009. In addition, Mr. Capen is a consultant with our Affiliates
since September 2008. He has over 40 years experience in
customer relations and sales and over 30 years eperience in the
restaurant industry, holding key executive positions in
multi-unit franchise organizations.
