Manchester, NH – Red Arrow Diner is announcing brand new service offerings, including curbside pickup and delivery, to complement their existing takeout service for their full menu. The announcement comes in response to Governor Chris Sununu’s statewide mandate to transition New Hampshire restaurants to provide only takeout, delivery and drive-thru options through April 7th, 2020 as a preventative action in response to the new coronavirus COVID-19.

All Red Arrow Diner locations in Concord, Londonderry and Manchester will continue to prepare homestyle meals seven days a week from 6:00am-10:00pm. The restaurant asks patrons to enjoy their favorite dishes from the full diner menu using one of the following methods:

  • Takeout: Red Arrow Diner offers its full menu for takeout. To place a takeout order, please contact the diner directly by calling their direct lines below.
    Concord: 603-415-0444
    Londonderry: 603-552-3091
    Manchester: 603-626-1118
  • Curbside Pickup: Effective immediately, both Concord and Manchester locations are offering curbside pickup for takeout. The Londonderry location offers a drive-thru window. Customers placing orders can provide credit card information over the phone to limit interactions during pickup. Call upon arrival and a staff member will bring your order directly to your car window. Manchester customers can park in the driveway for this new pickup service, while Londonderry diners are invited to use the drive-thru window for the same convenient service.
  • Delivery: Delivery service begins on March 18, 2020 from 11am-8pm daily. Delivery area will be a 5-mile radius of the location and delivery requires a minimum purchase of $15.00. Customers paying by credit card are asked to provide payment information when placing an order as delivery drivers will be unable to process credit card payment upon delivery. This service will include a $2.00 delivery fee and gratuity can be included as part of credit card payment process.
  • Online Ordering: Order pies and cakes by contacting your preferred diner location or use our online ordering tool: https://www.redarrowdiner.com/product/pies-cakes/.

“We welcome any opportunity to provide our diner customers with comfort and enjoyment, now and always,” said Amanda Wihby, Co-Owner & Chief Operations Officer of Red Arrow Diner. “Our customers are the backbone of the Red Arrow Diner. During this time of unease, we are happy to test out these new services in order to provide comfort food favorites to the communities we serve. Of course, management continues to monitor the evolving situation and will identify additional resources and measures necessary to equip our staff to provide safe and quality service to our beloved customers.”
