Manchester, NH – Red Arrow Diner is proud to announce its Chief Operations Officer, Amanda Wihby, is now also a co-owner of the company. The partnership became official on January 1, 2020.
Ms. Wihby joined the Red Arrow Diner in 2010 as a part-time administrative assistant. She worked her way up through the corporation and gained valuable experience working directly with Carol and George Lawrence, the company’s daughter-and-father ownership team, on a daily basis. She had a large role in the opening of three brand new locations in Londonderry, Concord and soon‐to‐be‐opened Nashua. In her role as Chief Operations Officer, Ms. Wihby works closely with and mentors all general managers to assure company policies and procedures are being met and manages the company’s human resources, payroll and marketing components. Due to her hard work and dedication, she has managed to increase business and profitability in all of the company’s current location. In 2017, Ms. Wihby was honored as the Stars of the Industry Restaurant Employee of the Year by the New Hampshire Lodging & Restaurant Association.

Ms. Wihby graduated magna cum laude from Southern New Hampshire University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership with minors in Psychology and History. She currently resides in southern New Hampshire, a place she is proud to call home throughout her childhood and now as an adult, building her career and family.
