Manchester, NH – Red Arrow Diner is proud to announce that it has chosen Spaulding Youth Center for a charitable donation of five cents for every cup of coffee sold at each of four Red Arrow Diner locations in 2019.

Located in Northfield, New Hampshire, Spaulding Youth Center is a leading provider of services for children and youth with neurological, emotional, behavioral, learning and/or developmental challenges, including Autism Spectrum Disorder and those who have experienced significant trauma, abuse or neglect.

The charitable donation stems from the diner’s holiday social media promotion called the Six-Week Winning Streak. This promotion encouraged the public to ‘like’ the Red Arrow Diner Manchester Facebook page throughout the final six weeks of 2018 in an effort to gain 30,000 page likes by the conclusion of the year. As part of the promotion, Red Arrow Diner asked its followers to nominate a local nonprofit organization they felt deserved a donation on New Year’s Eve. After receiving dozens of worthy nominations, the diner selected Spaulding Youth Center.

“I am thrilled to support a tremendous local organization like Spaulding Youth Center,” said Carol Lawrence, Owner & President of Red Arrow Diner. “Spaulding works hard to better the lives of the children and families from across New Hampshire every day through programs and services on their campus – something the organization has been doing for almost 150 years. We were touched by the heartfelt nominations for Spaulding and are proud to dedicate part of our coffee sales to this organization and the children and families they serve each and every day.”

Red Arrow Diner will continue to donate five cents for every cup of coffee sold to New Hampshire Food Bank, another impactful local organization that works diligently to feed people in need.
