Red Arrow Diner Featured in Food Network Magazine

Red Arrow Diner is excited to announce Food Network Magazine featured its famous Coconut Crème Pie as one of the most beloved diner desserts in the country in both the print and digital edition of the publication’s March 2019 issue.

Food Network Magazine is America’s best-selling food magazine on newsstands. Each issue includes star recipes and tips, behind-the-scenes scoops and fun, creative ideas for home cooks. Red Arrow Diner was one of four restaurants to have a pie recipe featured in this particular issue. The magazine called the diner’s coconut cream pie “an all-around favorite” and provided an easy-to-follow recipe for the dessert for home cooks to recreate.

In the issue, Food Network Magazine says, “The original Red Arrow Diner looks humble from the outside, but the walls inside tell a different story. They’re lined with photos of campaigning politicians and celebs who have visited, including Matthew McConaughey, Diane Sawyer and Adam Sandler.

“When Martha Stewart came, she said, `I’m here for dessert,” says owner Carol Lawrence. “How intimidating is that?” In fact, many people come to the diner just for dessert: There are more than 35 cakes and pies in rotation. The Red Arrow’s coconut cream pie is an all-around favorite: It’s topped with about four inches of whipped cream!”

Patrons dining any Red Arrow location (Concord, Manchester Milford or Londonderry) can enter for a chance to win a grand gift basket valued at $250. The gift basket includes exclusive diner goodies as well as a $100 gift card for use at any Red Arrow Diner location. Each slice of coconut cream pie purchased during the month of March counts as one raffle entry, and the purchase of a whole coconut cream pie counts as five raffle entries. Multiple entries are encouraged. The promotion is valued March 1 – March 31, 2019.
